We have extensive experience working with suppliers across various industries for over a decade. This experience has helped us to develop a meticulous process that ensures each step of our production, from design to sample and final product, meets our strict quality standards. We thoroughly review each step of the process to maintain consistency and ensure that each piece meets our high standards of quality.
We provide a size chart for each product we design to help customers determine the right size for them. Our clothing has regular fitting, so customers can simply go with their regular size. For example, if you usually wear medium, we recommend going for medium size in our products. In case of any confusion, customers can refer to the product description or reach out to our customer support team for assistance. We are always happy to help our customers find the perfect fit.
We understand that sometimes items may not fit properly or meet your expectations, which is why we have a flexible return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged. Please note that taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns cannot be refunded, but we will refund the price you paid for the item(s). If you would like to exchange an item, we offer store credit that can be used towards the purchase of the preferred item. It’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any risk, loss or damage during the return shipment process, so we recommend using a reliable courier service. If you’re an international customer, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Shipping and Delivery

We understand that timely delivery is crucial to customer satisfaction. That’s why we make it our priority to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In fact, we strive to ship all orders on the same day they are placed. We also offer same-day delivery within the UAE, ensuring that our customers receive their purchases as soon as possible. For international orders, we usually deliver within 3-4 days, so you won’t have to wait long to receive your package.
While we strive to make international shipping as seamless as possible, it’s important to note that custom-related fees may vary depending on the country of delivery. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control. We want to assure our customers that all of our items are shipped from our office in the UAE, and we’ll do our best to help with any customs-related issues that may arise. Please feel free to contact our customer service team for any assistance needed.
To keep your clothing products in top condition, we suggest washing them inside out with similar colours at a maximum temperature of 30°C. This will prevent any shrinkage and minimize the risk of damage or colour bleeding caused by the washing machine’s drum. We also recommend using liquid detergents as powdered ones can leave marks on darker colours. After washing, machine-spin the clothing to remove excess water and then dry it flat to prevent any damage to the cotton fibres. Avoid wringing it out by hand and if you must machine dry it, limit the program to a maximum of 800/900 rpm to avoid any damage. When ironing, use a low heat and avoid the seams to prevent scorching the cotton, which can be particularly visible on darker colours. Finally, fold your clothing products and store them in your wardrobe. There is no special advice needed for this, as we trust you will take care of them.
